** UPDATE ** California Highway Patrol Officers on Administrative Leave October 24, 2015

Juan Ulloa 34 years old is posted as the deceased in the Officers Involved Shooting address unknown

California Highway Patrol Officers are on Administrative leave, after their obligation to enforce laws resulted in a gun battle.
Very few details have yet to be released including the assailants name.

At 1:45 early morning hours of October 24th year of 2015, California Highway Patrol Officers attempted to conduct a traffic safety stop of a silver Dodge pick-up truck, though after the truck had stopped bullets began to riddle the Highway Patrol Unit. Officers were able to return fire sticking the subject, who then tried to drive away, though ran into a chain link fence were he succumbed to his injuries.

Riverside County Sheriff’s Department was summoned by the Highway Patrol to conduct the investigation.

"Dre" Moreno Valley Police K-9

Dre Moreno Valleys Police K-9 suffered a collapsed lung on Tuesday October 20th of 2015. Dre was immediately rushed to a local veterinary hospital, after several officers from the Moreno Valley Police department responded to a assault call on the 15000 block of Zaharias in Moreno Valley.

D"Dre has been treated for his injuries and resting, he will be in the veterinary hospital for a few days though is expecting to make a full recovery

Tuesday at 10:11pm of October 20th, Moreno Valley Police Department dispatched to an address on the 15000 block of Zaharias, regarding an assault. Officers arrived and located a male adult suffering from a head injury. It was discovered that the victim had been struck in the head with a blunt force object, and that 39 year old Noor Kakar, of Moreno Valley was the individual that attacked the suspect, who was at the time standing on the porch with an unknown metal object in his hands.

Additional officers arrived at which time Noor Kakar had entered his residence, Officers attempted to talk Noor Kakar out of his residence, though were unsuccessful. Officers then entered his Noor Kakar residence and found Noor Kakar was holding a knife, Officers then used pepper ball rounds and a taser to disarm Noor Kakar, who then threw the knife at officers and went further into his residence.

Officer Schmidt and his K-9 partner "Dre", where amongst the additional officers that arrived. Noor Kakar had apparently rearmed himself with another knife that he used to stab K-9 Dre when Officer Schmidt released K-9 Dre to the area of the house where the suspect was thought to be. The officers used a taser again and was able to detain Noor Kakar.

Noor Kakar was transported to a local hospital for treatment form the non lethal attempts to detain him. His release from the Hospital will be directly to the Robert Presley Detention Center facing assault and injury of a police service dog, along with several other felonies.

Missing Army Veteran Results into Murder Investigation ST. LOUIS, MO

On Thursday October 15th of 2015, the body of missing veteran Robert Lovings Polk was found under some drywall with a bullet wound on the 8000 block Fredrick during the morning hours. Asbestos workers discovered his body after a foul stench got their attention. The St Louis Police Department verified the body was that of Robert Lovings Polk a United States Army Veteran, that was reported missing as of October 3rd of 2015. Robert had told folks that he was going to Newstead avenue, to look at a Mustang that was listed on Craigslist list. On October 5th of 2015 Robert was reported missing as he had not been seen or heard from since he left around 7:00pm to look at the Mustang he found on Craigslist.

Robert Lovings Polk was born on May 18th of 1993, he was 22 years old when he went missing he has medium build, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighed 167lbs. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, a black hooded sweatshirt and black jogging pants.
witnesses reported seeing the Hood of the sweater pulled over his face and his sweat pants where pulled down from what appeared as being dragged.

Identification Sought Deceased Male 10_09 Mead Valley Parris

A deceased Hispanic male was discovered Friday October 9, 2015 around 9:30am several yards from Brown Street and Markham Street in Mead Valley. A passerby notified 911 and Paris Station deputies, Riverside County Sheriff’s Central Homicide and Paris Station investigators announced that the Hispanic male, is approximately 25 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, and weighs about 260 lbs. The victim was wearing gray jeans, gray shirt, and brown boots.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Central Homicide Unit is asking for the public's help in identifying the victim.

March 13, 2015 around 3:30am a shooting occurred between the Vive Tequila Lounge and 3rd and Mains Street in Pomona. It was said that two individuals, Salome Rodriguez Jr 23 years old and Henry Solis 27 years old, were in an argument, that escaladed outside, were 27 year old Henry Solis fired 5 shots at 23 year old Salome Rodriguez, striking Rodriguez in the twice in the left leg, twice in the abdomen, and once in the lower neck. It was said that Rodriguez ran a block bleeding before collapsing in a parking lot. It is unclear what the argument was about, or if Rodriguez had a weapon and intimidated the shooting.

Salome Rodriguez Jr 23 years old, succumbed to his injuries, he was warehouse worker and missionary at the St. Catholic Church in Los Angeles. Salome’s family is posting a go fund me account to help cover funeral cost. Go Fund Rodriguez Funeral

Henry Solis, 27 years old Is being sought for questioning of the incident, and is Rookie of the LAPD, assigned to the San Fernando Valley Devonshire Division since December. March 09, 2015, at 2149 Mountain View Drive in Escondido, Ca Police, was summoned to a report of a violent crime. Arriving officers had to force entry into the residence were and 83 year old, elderly female was found deceased with blunt force trauma. Technicians later determined that her injuries were caused by blunt trauma. The Victim adoptive son 46 years old Joseph Andrew Stuber, was suspected of the crime, through neighbors that reported seeing him leaving the scene, driving very fast, in his 2007 Toyota Tacoma CA license plate 8J70011, at 9:30 p.m.

March 10, 2015 at 7:25 Escondido detectives, located Joseph Stuber’s silver 2007 Tacoma truck at Stratford Court in Del Mar. After searching the vehicle it was found to have a head covered body inside, which was later identified by technicians as the suspect 46 years old Joseph Andrew Stuber of Escondido 2149 Mountain View Drive in Escondido, Ca.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending the notification of the next of kin. It is believed that Shirley G. Stuber is also a resident of the house were the crime occured

Joseph Andrew Stuber born 7/26/1968 46 years was released from prison in 2007 after serving 16 years for two 1996 sex crimes involving two children under 14 years old

Officer involved shooting February 01, 2015

February 01, 2015 11:36a.m. East Sixth Street and South San Pedro Street, Los Angeles CA. LAPD Central Division responded to an altercation between two people. When officers arrived and began to question the subject, the subject with an extended arm and closed fist swung around flailing his fist at an officer’s face. Several officers assisted in trying to subdue the subject, which then got a hold of an officer’s gun. Another subject, had picked up a baton, and appeared to be aiming at striking the officers. Two officers had to leave the struggle of the subject and apprehend the person whom picked up the baton. The subject struggling with officers was given several commands to drop the weapon, which he refused. An officer involved shooting occurred, the subject was declared deceased at the scene. A crowed quickly developed, as so did several more officers, that tapped off the crime scene. One bystander can be heard yelling obscenities, tormenting the officers.
