New "Yellow Alert" emergency broadcast


The Yellow Alert has been signed into law. Drivers and vehicles that hit pedestrians, vehicles, buildings and other objects, and leave a scene without proper clearance will have there information posted and sent out as emergency alerts.

Francoise Kershaw 25 of Temecula Killed in single Car Accident 09_25_2015

Friday September 25, 2015 at 09:48 am, Francoise Kershaw a 25 year old female and resident of Temecula were involved in a single vehicle accident on Vail Ranch Parkway, south of Johnston Drive. Francoise was driving a grey Mazda sedan, along with an adult male passenger and adult female passenger. Investigators revealed that the Mazda she was driving struck the curb, lost control of the vehicle, and collided head-on with a large tree in the center median.
Francoise Kershaw was not breathing when police arrived and was deceased at the scene

**Wanted** Sexual Predator of Minor's

Do you recognize this man?


During the broad daylight of September 19, 2015 a Saturday afternoon the person this sketch represents, had sexual assaulted a 14 year old girl. Put his hand over her mouth and sexually assaulted her in Riverside CA , and is possible related to another reported assault, One incident happened near Fairmount and Strong, the other near 9th and Victoria.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, about 5’2”, heavy build, dark short hair and clean shaven. He had a pock mark or burn type scar under his left eye, and was also wearing sunglasses. It is unknown if he fled in a vehicle.
There are no other details available at this time.

March 13, 2015 around 3:30am a shooting occurred between the Vive Tequila Lounge and 3rd and Mains Street in Pomona. It was said that two individuals, Salome Rodriguez Jr 23 years old and Henry Solis 27 years old, were in an argument, that escaladed outside, were 27 year old Henry Solis fired 5 shots at 23 year old Salome Rodriguez, striking Rodriguez in the twice in the left leg, twice in the abdomen, and once in the lower neck. It was said that Rodriguez ran a block bleeding before collapsing in a parking lot. It is unclear what the argument was about, or if Rodriguez had a weapon and intimidated the shooting.

Salome Rodriguez Jr 23 years old, succumbed to his injuries, he was warehouse worker and missionary at the St. Catholic Church in Los Angeles. Salome’s family is posting a go fund me account to help cover funeral cost. Go Fund Rodriguez Funeral

Henry Solis, 27 years old Is being sought for questioning of the incident, and is Rookie of the LAPD, assigned to the San Fernando Valley Devonshire Division since December. His car was located and towed just blocks away from the Vive Tequila Lounge.Solis did not have any disciplinary actions against him prior to this incident sources say

Murder Suicide Joseph Andrew Stuber March, 09, 2015 Escondido CA

March 09, 2015, at 2149 Mountain View Drive in Escondido, Ca Police, was summoned to a report of a violent crime. Arriving officers had to force entry into the residence were and 83 year old, elderly female was found deceased with blunt force trauma. Technicians later determined that her injuries were caused by blunt trauma. The Victim adoptive son 46 years old Joseph Andrew Stuber, was suspected of the crime, through neighbors that reported seeing him leaving the scene, driving very fast, in his 2007 Toyota Tacoma CA license plate 8J70011, at 9:30 p.m.

March 10, 2015 at 7:25 Escondido detectives, located Joseph Stuber’s silver 2007 Tacoma truck at Stratford Court in Del Mar. After searching the vehicle it was found to have a head covered body inside, which was later identified by technicians as the suspect 46 years old Joseph Andrew Stuber of Escondido 2149 Mountain View Drive in Escondido, Ca.
The name of the victim is being withheld pending the notification of the next of kin. It is believed that Shirley G. Stuber is also a resident of the house were the crime occured

Joseph Andrew Stuber born 7/26/1968 46 years was released from prison in 2007 after serving 16 years for two 1996 sex crimes involving two children under 14 years old

Officer involved shooting February 01, 2015

February 01, 2015 11:36a.m. East Sixth Street and South San Pedro Street, Los Angeles CA. LAPD Central Division responded to an altercation between two people. When officers arrived and began to question the subject, the subject with an extended arm and closed fist swung around flailing his fist at an officer’s face. Several officers assisted in trying to subdue the subject, which then got a hold of an officer’s gun. Another subject, had picked up a baton, and appeared to be aiming at striking the officers. Two officers had to leave the struggle of the subject and apprehend the person whom picked up the baton. The subject struggling with officers was given several commands to drop the weapon, which he refused. An officer involved shooting occurred, the subject was declared deceased at the scene. A crowed quickly developed, as so did several more officers, that tapped off the crime scene. One bystander can be heard yelling obscenities, tormenting the officers.
